Poom, which bears Dasgupta's childhood nickname, showcases earrings, necklaces and other accessories for both men and women that are simplistic in form and style. The geometric pieces feature diamonds and other gemstones set in gold. What's more, Dasgupta doesn't use gemstones that are harvested or finished by enterprises that employ underage workers or those that create sweatshop conditions.
